Our large yachimun seating gives you room to sit cross-legged and shift position freely, so you can settle into whatever posture feels most comfortable. It's handmade, piece by piece, by an Okinawan artisan — you can feel the texture and warmth of the clay, and no two pieces are alike.

A Quiet Time, One Group at a Time
KaFu is a small, fully reservation-based house in Sakura. We generally welcome one group at a time, so you can spend the time at your own pace, without other guests around.
CHILD-FRIENDLY
With your child, without hesitation.
It's okay if your child moves around or makes noise along the way. Take breaks as needed, and spend the time at your own pace, together.
Please note
KaFu is not a childcare facility. During the herbal steam session, we ask a parent or guardian to be responsible for your child's safety. Depending on your child's age or situation, we may ask that an adult companion also attend. Please let us know your child's age and number when booking.

We offer the time and place for that, from a quiet house in Sakura.
KaFu incorporates Okinawan plants and craft that we have long-standing ties to.
