気持ちよく過ごしていただくために、以下のルールをご確認ください。
Please review the following before your stay.
静
01

静かな時間Quiet Hours

21:00 – 7:00静穏時間 / Quiet hours
この時間帯は、話し声・足音・テレビや音楽の音量にご配慮ください。近隣にお住まいの方がいらっしゃいます。
During this time, please keep voices, footsteps, and TV/music volume low. Our neighbors live close by.
ベランダ・屋外での会話や飲食は、静かな時間は室内へお願いします。
Please move conversations and dining on the balcony/outdoors indoors during quiet hours.
早朝・深夜便をご利用の場合も、玄関の開閉や荷物の音にご注意ください。
If arriving/departing on an early or late flight, please be mindful of noise from the entrance door and luggage.

ごみの分別Waste Sorting

ごみ出し（収集日への搬出）はホストが行います。ゲストの皆さまには、以下3種類への分別のみお願いしています。
The host handles taking the trash out for collection. We only ask guests to sort waste into the 3 bins below.
燃えるごみ
Burnable
  • 生ごみ・紙くず / food waste, paper scraps
  • 洗っても汚れが落ちないプラ容器
プラ・ペットボトル
Plastic / PET bottles
  • プラマークの容器・包装
  • ペットボトル（キャップ・ラベルは外す） / remove cap & label from PET bottles
缶
Cans
  • アルミ缶・スチール缶
  • 軽くすすぐ。つぶさないでください / rinse lightly, do not crush
分別のコツ / Sorting tips

プラスチックのトレー・容器・缶の内側が食べ物で汚れている場合は、軽く水洗いしてから「プラ・ペットボトル」または「缶」に入れてください。

If a plastic tray, bottle, or can has food residue inside, rinse it lightly with water before placing it in Plastic/PET or Cans.

油などで内部の汚れがひどく、洗っても落ちない場合は、無理に洗わず「燃えるごみ」に入れてください。

If the inside is heavily soiled (e.g. with oil) and won't come clean, don't force it — just place the item in the Burnable bin instead.

瓶など、上記いずれにも当てはまらないごみは、まとめて指定の場所に置いておいてください。
Glass bottles and any other items that don't fit the categories above can be grouped together and left in the designated spot.
滞在中の途中回収は行っておりません。ご希望があれば、ホストまでご相談ください。
We don't collect trash during your stay by default, but if you'd like it collected, just let the host know.

駐車場Parking

駐車スペースは隣接する敷地の一番左側です。ご不明な場合はチェックイン時にご案内します。
Your parking spot is the leftmost space on the neighboring lot. We'll point it out at check-in if it's not clear.
他のスペースへの駐車や路上駐車は、ご遠慮ください。
Please do not park in other spaces or on the street.
駐車に関して少しでもトラブルがあれば、ホストまでご連絡ください。
If you have any trouble or issues with parking, please contact the host.

チェックイン・チェックアウトCheck-in / Check-out

15:00 – 21:00チェックイン / Check-in
〜10:00チェックアウト / Check-out
周辺は静かな住宅街のため、21時以降のチェックインはご遠慮いただいております。到着が遅くなる場合は、事前にホストへご連絡ください。
This is a quiet residential area, so please avoid checking in after 21:00. If you expect to arrive later, please let the host know in advance.
チェックアウトは10時までにお願いします。延長をご希望の場合は、事前にホストへご相談ください。
Please check out by 10:00. If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact the host in advance.

喫煙についてSmoking

敷地内全面禁煙 / No smoking anywhere on the property

室内・ベランダ・玄関・駐車場を含む敷地内は、電子タバコを含め全面禁煙です。喫煙スペースのご用意はありません。

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere on the property — indoors, on the balcony, at the entrance, or in the parking area. There is no designated smoking area.

電気の使用についてElectrical Use

電気容量にご注意ください / Please mind the electrical capacity

建物の電気容量には限りがあります。IHクッキングヒーターの使用中は、次の家電との同時使用を避けてください。

The electrical capacity of the house is limited. While using the IH cooktop, please avoid using the following appliances at the same time:

  • エアコン / Air conditioner
  • 電気ケトル / Electric kettle
  • 電子レンジ / Microwave
  • ドライヤー / Hair dryer
複数の家電を同時に使用すると、ブレーカーが落ちて一時的に停電することがあります。停電した場合は、使用中の家電の電源を切り、ホストまでご連絡ください。
Using several high-power appliances simultaneously may trip the circuit breaker and cause a temporary power outage. If this happens, turn off the appliances and contact the host.

宿泊者・訪問者Guests & Visitors

予約されていない方の入室・宿泊は禁止です。
Entry or overnight stays by anyone not listed on the reservation are prohibited.
乳幼児を含め、宿泊されるすべての方の人数・年齢を、ご予約時に申告してください。
Please declare the number and age of every guest staying, including infants, at the time of booking.
宿泊定員は最大5名です。ただし、申告済みの乳幼児は定員の計算には含めません。
Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Declared infants are not counted toward this limit.

パーティー・イベントParties & Events

パーティー・宴会・イベントは禁止 / Parties and events are not permitted

パーティー、宴会、イベント目的でのご利用はお断りしています。

The property may not be used for parties, banquets, or events.

商用の撮影や配信などを行う場合は、事前にホストへご相談ください。
Please consult the host in advance for commercial photography, filming, or livestreaming.

火気についてOpen Flames

施設が用意していない火気の使用は禁止 / No open flames other than those provided

ろうそく、線香、花火、携帯コンロなど、施設が用意していない火気のご使用は禁止です。

The use of candles, incense, fireworks, portable stoves, or any other open flame not provided by the property is not permitted.

室内での過ごし方In the House

室内は土足禁止です。
Please remove your shoes indoors.
家具や備品を移動した場合は、元の場所へ戻してください。
If you move furniture or items, please return them to their original place.
ペットの同伴はご遠慮いただいています。
Pets are not permitted.
サロン備品の無断使用は禁止 / Salon equipment is off-limits

よもぎ蒸し・薬草蒸し用の座器、加熱器具、薬草、その他サロン備品を、宿泊中に無断で使用することは禁止です。

Guests may not use the herbal steam seating, heating equipment, herbs, or other salon supplies without permission during their stay.

室内で揚げ物をする場合や、強い煙・臭いが発生する調理を行う場合は、事前にホストへご相談ください。
If you plan to deep-fry food indoors or cook in a way that produces heavy smoke or strong odors, please consult the host in advance.

破損・鍵の紛失Damage & Lost Keys

設備や備品を破損・汚損した場合は、速やかにホストへご連絡ください。
If you damage or stain any facilities or items, please contact the host promptly.
鍵を紛失した場合も、速やかにご連絡ください。
If you lose a key, please contact the host promptly as well.
故意または重大な不注意による損害については、実費をご負担いただく場合があります。
For damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, we may ask you to cover the actual cost.
喫煙、嘔吐、毛染め、著しい汚損など、通常の清掃範囲を超える対応が必要になった場合は、実費を請求する場合があります。
If smoking indoors, vomiting, hair dye stains, or other soiling requiring cleaning beyond our standard scope occurs, we may charge the actual cost.
外出時と就寝時は、必ず玄関・窓を施錠してください。
Please lock the front door and windows whenever you go out and before going to sleep.
鍵の複製、および第三者への貸与は禁止です。
Duplicating keys or lending them to anyone else is prohibited.

お子さまの安全Children's Safety

滞在中のお子さまの安全管理は、保護者の方にお願いしています。
Parents/guardians are responsible for children's safety during the stay.
お子さまだけを室内に残さないでください。
Please do not leave children in the house unattended.
室内設備、段差、キッチン、熱源などには十分ご注意ください。
Please be mindful of household fixtures, steps, the kitchen, and heat sources.

緊急時In an Emergency

119番・110番 / Call 119 or 110

火災、事故、体調の急変など、緊急性が高い場合は119番（消防・救急）または110番（警察）へご連絡ください。

In the event of fire, an accident, or a sudden health issue, in a serious emergency call 119 (fire/ambulance) or 110 (police).

設備の故障など、緊急性の低いご連絡は、下記のホスト連絡先までお願いします。
For less urgent matters, such as equipment trouble, please contact the host using the details below.
